Brother Tolley, 42, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from a fall when operating at a structure fire.
The visitation will take place at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Hicksville Road, Bethpage, New York on Tuesday, April 25 from 7:00-9:00PM and Wednesday, April 26 from 2:00-4:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM.
The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at St. Martin of Tours, Central Avenue, Bethpage, NY.
