Is there a place on this site for the confirmed members to be able to access group documents such as our constitution, bylaws, meeting minutes, meeting handouts, etc?

Yes David, that appears once we confirm the person who signed into the site is a confirmed member and not a poser trying to get access. We are working on that process now.
