Message From the President
This is an overdue message of gratitude for you all as I hope you understand it has been a busy two months.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks for your support and encouragement since the announcement of President Niemiec’s retirement. As the interim President and now to be your L-2068 President I am humbled and honored to work for you.
The past few weeks has proven to me what most of us already know, that we as a union are willing to work together for the common good of our membership. We can respectfully disagree, we can keep an open mind to differing views, we can find solutions, we are willing to get involved and we will continue to be there for all of our members including the future ones!
With your trust, I will work tirelessly on your behalf to continue to address the challenges faced by our Local and to secure meaningful improvements to our pay, retirement and working conditions.
Again, I thank you for the opportunity to serve as your Local 2068 President!
