Battalion 7 - Tom Simcoe

This is a report of my activities during the month of March, 2008 in the 7 th Battalion.

•  Station visits to all work locations in the 7 th Battalion on “B” Shift.

•  Attended an participated in the I.A.F.F. Legislative Conference from March 9 th thru March 12 th held in Washington D.C.

•  Assisted, and worked on Legislation before the Virginia State Legislature during the closing weeks of this years Virginia General Assembly in Richmond .

•  Attended the V.P.F.F. Legislative Committee meeting held in Richmond on March 17, 2008. This meeting was to discuss this years legislation that was before the General Assembly, and to formulate future legislation for the 2009 General Assembly.

•  Attended and worked at a fund raising activity for Chairman Gerry Connolly on March 17 th .

•  Currently working on 3 employee issues in the 7 th Battalion.
